Shipping

How long does shipping take?: Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location. You'll receive tracking by email.
Do you offer free shipping?: Yes — enjoy complimentary standard shipping on orders over AED 299 (UAE) or $79 (Lebanon). A flat rate applies below that.

What is your returns policy?: We offer a 30-day happiness guarantee. If you're not delighted, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
How do I start a return?: Email our team with your order number and we'll guide you through it. See our Returns & Refunds page for full details.

Are your gummies vegan and gluten-free?: Yes. Every Jolie gummy is vegan, gluten-free and non-GMO, made with pectin instead of gelatin.
Where can I see the full ingredient list?: The complete ingredient list and supplement facts are on each product page, along with the batch's third-party lab report.

How many gummies should I take?: Two gummies per day is the standard serving. Product-specific directions are listed on each product page.
When will I notice results?: Supplements work best with consistency. Most people take their gummies daily for 4–6 weeks to feel the full benefit.
Can I take more than one product together?: Many of our gummies pair well together. If you take medication or have a medical condition, please consult your physician first.

Can I change or cancel my order?: We process orders quickly, but if you contact us soon after ordering we'll do our best to help before it ships.

How should I store my gummies?: Keep the sealed bottle in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and reseal it after each use.
